If you prefer a local grassroots organization, you can also connect with your local community resource center for referrals and resources.
There may also be provincial support services specific to your municipality and your province (or territory). Go online and review your provincial governments website for their caregiving programs and services. This includes tax credits and employee benefits. Canada also offers EI caregiver benefits.
The important thing to remember is that you are not alone! There are many support groups and organizations that can support you throughout your caregiver journey.
